At ZEUZ, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the unused sports equipment or apparel back into its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
